Inquiry forms on this site open your own email application with the details you entered. Information you send is received as an ordinary email at dana@dbina.ca and is used only to respond to your inquiry.
Aggregate, non-identifying analytics may be used to understand which pages are useful. No profiles are built or sold.
How information is used and retained
Contact details are used to reply, to arrange engagements and to keep a record of correspondence. Information is retained only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law.
Personal information is not sold, rented or traded. It may be shared only where necessary to deliver a service you requested, or where required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent by emailing dana@dbina.ca. Requests are handled promptly.
Financial services inquiries
Where an inquiry concerns insurance or wealth education, information is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation and the requirements of the relevant regulators and insurers.
